To all of Leni's family.....the Memorial Mass for Leni at St. Francis was a beautiful tribute to a life well lived and one so well loved. Leni always spoke of her family with great joy, love, and pride. It was an honor to celebrate her with you. I continue to pray with you in your loss and I hope the plans for the Newport celebration fall into place easily. I wish you peace and love,

I'm sure that I'm not the only one. But I keep checking this blog every day. Maybe it was a habit that I got into over this past year. But mostly, I think, I'm hoping a little every day to see something new. Just to see something continue here. To see my aunt Leni continue.

So, today, I think I'll post something. Just to see something new. These are Leni's own words on love, which she left for me in a video wedding toast. I find them comforting to listen to every morning.

"Love is never ending. It is filled with joy, with hope, with endurance, with commitment, with growth and yes... with pain. It is beautiful and restoring. As well as challenging and at times overwhelming. Remember, to thy own self be true. Trust and remember the relationship you share."

Its just like you, Aunt Leni, to find words that will comfort me, even in this time. I miss you every day and thank God, that I still don't really feel like your gone. I love you.
